One of my favorite one liners from Moesha, one the best 90s sitcoms, was when the character Kim was going through the back of her yearbook reading the comments. Someone wrote, "Stay crazy. Don't change." Funnily, that has always stuck with me, especially when I grew to learn and later accept the quirks of my personality. It helped me to really love myself and celebrate the uniqueness of others.

However, on the other side of this phrase, this also sometimes kept me from evolving. Not so much as defiance but more so an unrealistic task. In my mind, I'm saying to myself "how can I be this or that when I am this way? I don't even know how to change. How can I be/do something I have no clue how to do? I don't even have those qualities in me."

I'm glad I figured it out. This blog, my non-profit, and even my online boutique were all experiences that challenged me to learn, to continuously evolve, and to change. If something doesn't work, you don't quit; you just change your methodology. But with the evolution of it all, STAY CRAZY. I mean at the core of who you are, your morals, your values, the uniqueness of your personality, don't change those things. Evolution  is when you use your qualities, strengths, traits, quirks, and even your weaknesses in a different way to yield a different result.

So loves, all I am trying to say is, there is nothing wrong with you. Your weaknesses, find out why they make you weak, Your strengths, find out why they make you strong. Then just flip it on them!!! Change the game, change your thought process. They may not know how to handle it but you got to evolve no matter what people think. And don't let their shake up make you change your love for them. Just keep whispering in your heart, "Don't Change. Stay Crazy, Don't Change." SMOOCHES XOXO
